Public Offer Agreement for the Provision of Paid Online Services
This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal by an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia represented by Anna Koblova, acting under the legislation of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," to enter into a service agreement with any individual who accepts the terms of this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") under the conditions outlined below.
By making payment, the Client fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Offer.
1. Subject of the Offer
1.1. The Service Provider provides the Client with paid services, including but not limited to:
– Online courses
– Consultations
– Ongoing support (including flexible installment plans based on mutual trust)
– Access to materials
in accordance with the selected service.
1.2. A detailed description of each service is published on the relevant landing page, on the Service Provider’s social media (including Instagram), or personally provided to the Client prior to payment.
1.3. All services are provided remotely in an online format and do not require physical presence.
1.4. Each subsequent payment by the Client, including repeat orders, service extensions, monthly payments, or any other form of payment, constitutes the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer in effect at the time of payment.
The applicable version of the Offer is recorded as of the payment date and archived by the Service Provider. The Client may request a copy of the applicable version at any time.
The current version is also available at: https://intuitive-marketing.com/publicoffer
2. Procedure for Agreement Conclusion
2.1. The agreement is considered concluded once the Client's payment is received in the Service Provider’s account (including payments made via payment systems or other methods agreed upon with the Service Provider).
2.2. Payment confirms that the Client has read and fully agrees to the terms of the Offer.
3. Rights and Obligations of the PartiesThe Service Provider agrees to:
3.1. Deliver the selected and paid service within the agreed time frame and scope.
3.2. Provide services in accordance with the description.
3.3. Respect the confidentiality of information received from the Client.
The Client agrees to:
3.4. Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
3.5. Not share materials with third parties without written permission from the Service Provider.
3.6. Make payments within the established time frame.
4. Service Fees and Payment Terms
4.1. Service fees are determined individually for each program and confirmed in writing with the Client or published on the service landing page. The Service Provider retains a record of the agreed-upon conditions (including price and bonuses) as of the Client’s payment date.
4.2. Payment is made either in full or through an installment plan (as previously agreed with the Service Provider).
4.3. In case of an installment plan, the Client agrees to make payments on time. A delay of more than 7 calendar days gives the Service Provider the right to suspend access to the service.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. A refund is available only before the service begins.
5.2. Participation in long-term services (courses, mentoring programs, support, etc.) is considered to have started once the Client is granted access to course materials — including a link to the course site, access to a content chat, a closed platform, or being added to a working group or participant chat (regardless of whether the Client uses the access or not).
The moment access is provided is what counts, not its usage.
5.3. After access is granted to any of the above, no refunds will be issued, even if the Client does not begin the course.
5.4. Any refund-related requests or disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances and reasons shared by the Client.
The Service Provider reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a refund will be granted.
5.5. Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email or messenger) and will be reviewed within 5 business days.
6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. The Service Provider is responsible for delivering the stated amount of materials, interaction hours, and access to the program but does not guarantee a specific result, as outcomes depend on the Client’s actions, level of engagement, and individual characteristics.
A lack of expected results does not justify a refund if the service was fully delivered.
6.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical issues on the Client’s side (e.g., internet problems, device errors).
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely while publicly available at the specified link.
7.2. The Service Provider may amend the Offer. The new version takes effect upon publication.
Each Client remains bound by the version of the Offer that was in effect at the time of their payment.
7.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved — in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
